Thank you for your interest in TETÉ DIRECTION. I am dedicated to providing you with a quality timepiece and a smooth ordering experience. Please follow the instructions below to place your order.

1. Online Orders (Main & CONTACT Pages)

1) Enter Your Details
-Fill in your name and email address in the provided fields.
-If you have any specific questions or requests, please include them in the “Inquiry Details” section.
2) Click “SEND”
-After completing the information, click the “SEND” button.
3) Confirmation Email
-You will receive a confirmation email with the next steps at the email address you provided.
4) Payment via PayPal
-Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to complete your payment through PayPal.
5) Order Confirmation
-Once your payment is processed, I will send you an official order confirmation via email.


2. Email Orders (jason@tetewatches.com)

1) Send an Inquiry
-Email jason@tetewatches.com with your name and any questions or requests.
2) Confirmation Email
-I will reply to your email with detailed instructions.
3) Payment via PayPal
-Follow the provided instructions to complete your payment through PayPal.
4) Order Confirmation
-After your payment is received, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email.


[Production Timeline & Updates]

-Production begins immediately after your order is placed.
-The estimated time for completion is 6-7 months now. If there are five or more orders in the queue, it may take an additional 1-4 months.
-I will keep you updated on the progress of your watch with photos and videos sent via email or postal mail, based on your preference.


[Payment Options for South Korea Customers]
Bank Transfer
-Customers in South Korea can also choose to pay via bank transfer.
Receipt Issuance
-Upon request, I can provide a cash receipt or a tax invoice.
